The prices are indicated in euros including VAT, excluding shipping costs; the prices in force at the time of the order are applicable to it.

The ordering process consists of several steps:

  1. The Internet user selects the products he chooses from the site and indicates the desired quantity.
  2. A summary of his order is offered to him; the Internet user has the possibility of rectifying his order.
  3. The Internet user validates his order: by confirming the order, the Internet user acknowledges his payment obligation.
  4. Once the order has been confirmed, the nic-U association sends an acknowledgment of receipt of the order as soon as possible.

Delivery

We can only ship the products offered to people domiciled in our delivery areas at the address specified when ordering. Delivery times may differ from one country to another. We do a group shipment. The packages are sent by post and the transfer of ownership takes place when the package is delivered by post.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article L121-17 I of the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from this sale, without giving any reason, within fourteen days.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically takes possession of the good (or the last good if several packages from the same order are necessary).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify the nic-U association of your withdrawal decision, by means of an unambiguous declaration (for example, letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the model withdrawal form but it is not mandatory (https://www.service-public.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/R38397).
In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that you send your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your having chosen, if applicable, a delivery method other than the cheaper method of standard delivery offered by us).
This refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction; in any event, this refund will not incur costs for you. We may defer the refund until we have received the goods.
You must return or return the goods to us without undue delay no later than fourteen days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract to us. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period. Your responsibility is only engaged with regard to the depreciation of the good resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and the good functioning of this good.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Garanties

In accordance with the Consumer Code (article L211-4, L133-3 and R111-1), we guarantee the conformity of the products ordered during the 2 years following the purchase. You must notify us by mail and we will consider repair, replacement or refund if the first two solutions cannot be implemented
The warranty against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the Civil Code also applies.
These guarantees apply without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.
